AMA Realty Advisors, LLC is a boutique home renovation budget consultancy founded by artist Angela Maria Azmitia.

Angela holds a double Master's in Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Real Estate Science from Roosevelt University. She has eight years of hands-on renovation experience, and a focused practice in residential project budgeting and real estate finance.

AMA works with homeowners who are planning a remodel, evaluating a cash-out refinance, or trying to get an honest read on the cost of their project. The work involves asking the right questions, running the real numbers, and delivering a clear path forward through creative problem solving.
